SOFT TISSUE WORK
In combination with traditional chiropractic and dry needling, we also provide various types of soft tissue work included in your session. Through instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, assisted stretching and soft tissue massage we help facilitate the release of tension in fascia and muscles.

What to Expect
During your session, our chiropractor will likely incorporate some type of soft tissue manipulation to aid in the release of tight muscles and allow joints to move freely.
A few examples include treatments such as scraping out tension in the quadriceps, massaging tight rotator cuff knots, or using PNF stretching to release tight hamstrings.
What Soft Tissue Work can help treat:
Back & Neck Pain – Relieves tension, stiffness, and misalignment for improved mobility.
Headaches & Migraines – Reduces nerve interference and muscle tension that contribute to pain.
Joint Pain & Stiffness – Enhances movement and function in shoulders, knees, hips, and other joints.
Sciatica & Nerve Pain – Eases pressure on nerves to reduce pain, tingling, and numbness.
Posture & Mobility Issues – Helps correct misalignments that affect balance, flexibility, and daily movement.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does soft tissue work hurt?
We won’t sugar coat it – some techniques may cause mild discomfort, especially when working on tight muscles or trigger points, but most people find it relieving and beneficial. If a treatment ever becomes too painful, just let your chiropractor know and they will either ease up on pressure or stop all-together.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your condition and treatment goals, but many people experience improvement after just one or two visits.
